Only weeks after announcing the addition of a new financial services product by offering cryptocurrency to Zimbabweans in the diaspora – this week Mumba Money announced an innovative healthcare insurance product: Global Health Medical Aid Society policy – which you can buy, and pay for through Mumba Money.
A statement from the company said that Zimbabweans in the diaspora could now buy insurance policies with GH Medical Aid. The Healthcare Society is a New Medical Aid Scheme in Zimbabwe that leverages on digital technology and fibre network connectivity to bring affordable healthcare services and products to the generality of Zimbabweans to all four corners of the country.
“We are joining hands with POTRAZ and Zimposts to deploy Telemedicine at the more than 150 Communication Information Centres (CICs) throughout the country.
“Remote diagnosis and treatment of Chronic diseases will not only make healthcare affordable and accessible to the broader communities but also assist in the fight against Covid.”

Mumba Money, Zimbabwe’s newest financial services provider which is aiming at making it big on the international money market – has revealed this week that it is opening up new avenues for Zimbabweans to mine bitcoin.
A statement from the company this week said that Mumba Money – which is already offering innovative peer-to-peer money transfers for Zimbabweans in the diaspora – was now expanding its product range to include bitcoin.
“As Mumba Money, we realise that some of our clients are struggling t0 raise funds for medical treatment abroad.
